Pisang Goreng

Ingredients

½ cup plain flour, ½ cup rice flour, ¼ cup sugar, 1/2 cup water. ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ cup desiccated coconut (optional), ½ kg bananas, cut into halves or quarters Instructions Cooking instructions:


- Combine batter ingredients in a dough mixer, and mix until well-combined.


- Heat oil to 180°C.


- Dip banana pieces in batter, then gently place in oil.


- Fry until golden brown.


- Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil before serving.
